  • 30 minute Portrait Session with Ashley!

  • Your choice of 5 digital images from your online gallery. If there are any additional digital images in your gallery that you like outside of the 5, they will be available to purchase for $10 each!

  • Print Release - This allows you to print your digital images using whatever resource you’d like!

  • Ability to order professional prints & canvases right from your online gallery if you wish!

LOCATION OF SESSIONS

The location of this years Mini Sessions is Whittier Mill Park in Atlanta, GA. It boasts gorgeous open fields, a ton of foliage that will be filled with gorgeous orange & red leaves come November, and some pretty brick elements all in the park!

INVESTMENT & BOOKING PROCESS

There is a fee of 150.00 for this Mini Session package. The full session fee is due at the time of booking.

3 Step Booking Process:

  1. Select your time slot via the online calendar

  2. Pay the 150.00 session fee

  3. Sign (electronically) your Mini Session contract within 1 day of delivery to your inbox. You will receive your mini session contract within 3 hours of making your payment.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: What is a Mini Session?

A: A mini session is a very short portrait session. It’s basically my most popular portrait package cut in half. You get fewer outfit changes, images and shooting time with me than my standard packages but it’s a great way to get a small taste of the Ashley Nicole Experience!

Q: Are the Mini’s only for families?

A: No, traditional & non-traditional families are free to book! Married or dating couples, immediate & extended families, best friends, and even families with pets (on a leash :) ) are free to book!

Q: What constitutes a booked session?

A: A signed contract & full session payment. Your session is NOT booked until both items are received. Within 3 hours of your time slot selection and session fee full payment, you will receive your contract via email. The contract can be signed electronically right from your mobile device or computer! You will have 24 hours to sign the contract. If the contract is not signed within 24 hours, your time slot will be reopened to the public and your contract will be cancelled. If you miss the 24 hour window, you will need to contact Ashley to confirm your selected time slot is still available. If your slot is still available, Ashley will reactivate your contract and you will have 24 hours to sign again. If your time slot is no longer available, you will be provided with a list of the remaining time slots to choose from and a new contract will be issued to you once you have made your time slot selection.

Q: How to get the most out of your Mini Session?

A: Being on time is key! I’d recommend leaving your home earlier than normal and even arriving 15 minutes early to our location. This is Atlanta and traffic is always hit or miss. Give yourself enough time to straighten clothes, retouch makeup etc., once you arrive at the park. Nothing ruins the mood of a Portrait Session worse than the hustle and bustle of rushing to the venue. Also, inspect your clothing choices a few nights before the session to ensure everything is in order and doesn’t need any repairs or substitutions. Remember, Family Portrait Sessions are fun and carefree so don’t stress about who may not smile & who may or may not be in the best mood. Do your best to enjoy making memories with your loved ones!


Q: Any tips for wardrobe?

A: In terms of attire, remember one thing and you will be fine…COORDINATE, DON’T MATCH! Also, book that professional hair and makeup appointment! Keep in mind the location as it’s best to choose clothing that will compliment the environment and not cause you to blend in with it. Even though the session will take place in a park, dressing up is ALWAYS appropriate. Remember, this is your family’s time to shine! Go big or go home!


Q: What if I’m running late?

A: Because of the nature of the Mini Session scheduling, I can not guarantee your full session time if you arrive late. It would be unfair to the family who booked the time slot after you to push their time back in the event you are late for your session. If you arrive 10 minutes late for your time slot, I will happily capture moments with your loved ones for 20 minutes. If you are 15 minutes late, I’ll do the same in 15 minutes, and so on…


Q: What is the Cancellation Policy?

A: Because Mini Sessions are available on a limited basis, all Mini Session sales are final & non-refundable. Should you choose to cancel your mini session appointment, no refund will be provided. Should you choose to reschedule your session, your 150.00 can be transferred to another available time slot or date. If you choose to upgrade your session to a full Portrait Experience, a new contract will be required and the 150.00 Mini Session fee will be applied to the package of your choice. The remaining balance of that session will become due 2 days before your scheduled session.

Q: When will I receive my online image gallery?

A: Galleries will be delivered via email no later then 2 weeks after your Mini Session! Just enough time to order & mail your Holiday Cards!

Q: Love the park, but what if it rains?

A: In the case of inclement weather, the Mini Sessions will take place at Ponce City Market in Atlanta, GA. In the event that there is a tornado, hurricane, earthquake, monsoon, tsunami or blizzard, (Hey, this IS Atlanta LOL), Mini Sessions will be rescheduled on an individual basis with each client.
